The GHS Severe Toxicity (Skull and Crossbones) Pictogram is surprisingly common in many workplaces - so common in fact that workers can easily overlook the seriousness of the dangers it highlights.

This Workplace Safety Poster educates and reminds workers about the high risk associated with hazardous chemicals identified with this GHS Pictogram including Severe Toxicity or Death, and that it can happen from a Single Exposure by swallowing, inhaling, or coming into contact with skin.

The aim of this poster is to get workers to protect their health and safety by checking the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of the product, and to follow the Safety Instructions.
