Unfortunately, many workers have learned by experience that not all employers are proactive about Workplace Health & Safety. So over time, workers can tend to be less proactive because they are disadvantaged when they speak up. Of course this results in a less safe workplace and methods of work.
 
This safety poster is aimed at helping proactive workplaces encourage all workers to be involved in a healthy safety culture.
