One of the contributing factors to many workplace incidents and accidents is that workers failed to ask a question for fear of looking foolish or incompetent.  This is especially relevant for workers new to the work or work site.
This Workplace Health & Safety Poster encourages workers who don't know something to ask, and therefore also encourages other workers to not ridicule them for asking.
