This workplace safety poster reminds workers that "physical or verbal abuse by anyone, against anyone, for any reason will not be tolerated in this workplace".
This covers everyone including workers and visitors, bosses and apprentices. It can be displayed to inform customers, clients and visitors that their abuse will not be tolerated against workers. It also assures workers that the workplace has their back dealing with obnoxious customers etc.
And it reminds all workers that it is never acceptable for any worker (no matter what their position) to be abusive to another worker (no matter what their position).
Of course this safety poster can only be effective if there are policies and procedures in place to deal with offenders.
