A foundational truth of workplace health and safety is that things change. To ignore this truth puts workers and employers at increased risk of harm. 
This workplace safety poster has wide application regarding hazards, work methods and any controls being used to eliminate or minimise risk.
Hazards Change and Controls Fail on an ongoing basis. Nothing is safe because it was before, nothing is safe because it looks safe, nothing is safe just because someone else told you it was, and there may always be better methods and controls than those currently being used.
Reminding workers of these truths, gives everyone the best chance of getting home safely at the end of their shift.
